Data sources
The official data behind Wattlyze electricity estimates, with direct links to each dataset and its observation period.
Electricity prices
EU household electricity reference prices come from official Eurostat nrg_pc_204: annual use of 2,500–4,999 kWh including taxes, expressed in EUR. Each reference shows its source, source update date and observation period.

To match our references, select household consumption of 2,500–4,999 kWh per year, all taxes included and EUR per kWh in the data table. Compare the same observation period. The explanation page describes the consumption bands, taxes and collection method.

Observation periods and coverage
Country data is published for different half-year periods, so a comparison uses only the same period. National averages are references, not personal tariffs.
Outside the current dataset
Solar yield, heating degree days, equipment specifications, incentives and UK or US prices are not published on this site, so no data date is shown for them. Those calculators rely on the inputs you enter.
