Contact Wattlyze about household energy calculators, source corrections and official data used in energy cost estimates.

What to send

Use this page for questions about Wattlyze calculators, official data sources, country reference prices, calculation assumptions, corrections, partnerships and media enquiries. If you are reporting a data issue, include the page URL, country, observation period, source name and the result you expected to see. If you are an installer, energy provider or researcher, describe the country or region you cover and whether your note concerns electricity, EV charging, solar, heating or a general editorial correction. Please do not send personal billing details, account numbers, addresses or documents that contain private household information. Calculator inputs can be shared as a result link when that is enough to reproduce a question. We read messages in English; concise German notes are also welcome.

How we handle messages

Wattlyze uses contact messages to improve calculations, source labels and explanations. A message does not create an advisory relationship and we cannot confirm personal tariffs, installation quotes or financial returns. When a correction affects an estimate based on official data, the relevant source and data date remain visible on the page, and larger dataset changes are reflected in the data update log. We prefer links to published sources over screenshots because they can be checked and cited. For commercial proposals, include the organization name, website and the specific calculator or country page involved. The fastest route for short questions is Telegram; email is available below with spam-resistant rendering.
