Data update log
Track official dataset updates, source dates, coverage and observation periods behind Wattlyze energy estimates.
2026-10-12 · First EU household electricity snapshot
Added official country reference tariffs for the electricity, appliance and EV home-charging calculators. Using a reference changes the tariff used in your estimate; a matching-period EU average is shown when available. Your consumption and other inputs remain editable. Bill component shares remain example values or your own inputs.

How to read the dates
An entry date records when Wattlyze added or revised a dataset. The source update date (as_of) records the source’s data release; the retrieval timestamp records when that snapshot was fetched. The observation period records when the measured prices applied. A recent source update does not mean every country has prices for the same recent period. Dates above describe this archived snapshot.
Coverage of this snapshot
This snapshot covers EU household electricity prices only. UK and US prices, official bill components (nrg_pc_204_c), gas prices, solar yield, heating degree days, equipment specifications and incentives are not included and have no data date here. The calculators keep working with your own tariff, and example values are not official observations.
